HERBAL REMEDIES YOU CAN MAKE AT HOME

HERBAL REMEDIES YOU CAN MAKE AT HOME                       Our first recipe is a simple cold and flu remedy easy to make at home and does take some preparation work but it's very effective for colds flu and bronchitis.
start with a large turnip and cut it into round slices so they can lay flat on a dinner plate now take two tablespoons of honey and drizzle it over the turnip rounds cover with cling wrap or a pot lid, and place it in the refrigerator overnight in the morning take it out and you will have a lovely syrupy liquid, now we juice two lemons and put it aside for later   Now two cloves of crushed and finely chopped garlic along with   1\2  a teaspoon of ginger powder and 1/2 half a teaspoon of Irish moss powder and mix it with the lemon now we mix the powder and the garlic and lemon together with the honey and place it in a double boiler on a low heat add 1/2 a cup of water and simmer on a low heat for five minutes then remove and allow it to kool. NOW ANY TIME TIME YOU FEEL A TICKLE TAKE A TSP OF THE ELIXER  BEST TO USE IT 4 TO 6 TIMES A DAY SO AROUND EVERY 6 HOURS UNTIL YOU ARE BETTER I USE THIS ONE MYSELF AND I FIND IT BRILLIANT .  EVEN THE KIDS LIKED IT.
